askgc.ai is a platform that allows users to submit questions and receive simultaneous responses from multiple third-party AI models, including ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), and Gemini (Google). We act as an intermediary and do not generate AI responses ourselves.

This Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you should use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose

- Attempt to circumvent content moderation or safety measures

5. Analytics & Data Collection

By using this Service, you acknowledge that anonymous usage statistics are collected to improve the Service. This includes question topic classifications, model preference selections, and feature usage metrics. Your question text is not stored — it is classified into categories in memory and then discarded. All original content, branding, design, and code of askgc.ai are the property of askgc and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the questions you submit. AI-generated responses are subject to the terms of their respective providers.
